Liam Curham, CEO of Dataworks, has been invited to speak at the 5th Annual Lean Forum in Waterford Institute of Technology on Thursday May 5th, 2017.

Liam will lead Breakout Session 12: "Applying The Shingo Model in a Service Environment: For Ourselves and for our Clients"

In this session Liam will explain why Dataworks is applying The Shingo Model to drive its business growth; how it has been doing so to date and its plans for implementing it ongoing. Liam will also outline how Dataworks uses applied technology on this journey. This will be an interesting presentation on the application of the Shingo Model in a Software Services organisation that is using it for its own development, as well as in a context where many of its clients are Shingo winners or on their own Shingo journeys.
