Dataworks Limited have been awarded NSAI registration of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 for the provision of software development, validation & managed services for the Life Sciences industry and relevant public sectors.

The ISO journey has been extremely beneficial for Dataworks at a time when we are preparing for continued growth.

According to Brian Robinson, CTO: “We didn’t want to have the certification if it didn’t make sense for us as a company. However, it was really evident from early on that the QMS we implemented in Dataworks is one that is actually fit for our business and one that engages all our employees. It will really help us prepare and implement the structures needed for future growth. Also, the customer focus throughout the process has really helped us to keep the client at the centre of everything we do.”

It took a significant team effort to develop the QMS, and the implementation of our own custom Electronic Quality Management System based on Microsoft SharePoint has helped streamline the whole process and now serves as our internal online repository for all of the company’s SOP’s and relevant ISO information, including all training records.
